Job Descritpion of Techno Functional Consultant

6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for IBM Maximo, including troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues.
Work hands-on with all Maximo modules and custom reports.
Perform custom development and enhancements in Maximo (v7.6.1.2).
Design and implement Maximo workflows based on business requirements.
Manage Maximo integrations with third-party systems.
Set up sites, users, and perform configuration activities.
Conduct testing activities, including for Maximo handheld devices and third-party applications.
Resolve customer issues and document resolutions.
Perform code changes/enhancements and ensure compatibility with other integrated systems.

Technical Requirements:
Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (v7.6.1.2 preferred).
Robust understanding of Maximo modules, customizations, and reporting.




Experience in Maximo technical support and end-to-end integration.
Workflow creation and configuration within Maximo.
Ability to perform code-level changes and conduct testing (including mobile/handheld support).

Generic Managerial Skills:
Ability to work independently and lead small project teams.
Robust oral and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to mentor junior team members.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint.
Skilled in documenting use cases, requirements, and technical specifications.
Robust team-building and leadership capabilities.
Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology is an added advantage.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
