Job Description
Analytics Implementation & Reporting
Support digital analytics implementation and reporting activities across web and mobile platforms.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking frameworks using analytics and visualization tools.
Perform customer journey, funnel, and behavioral analysis to identify business insights.
Ensure data accuracy through validation, troubleshooting, and reporting governance activities.




Support analytics QA and tagging validation activities.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business and client stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with technical and business teams for analytics support and delivery.

Required Skills:
Proficiency with Excel Reporting
Dashboard building expertise using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
Data analysis skills with any tools.
Understanding of customer journey analysis and funnel reporting.
