Roles & Responsibilities
Understand learner goals and recommend appropriate programs.
Drive the complete sales cycle from counselling to admission closure.
Handle complex objections and high-value negotiations.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
Consistently achieve monthly revenue and admission targets
Contribute to improving conversion strategies and overall team performance.
