Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet prospective and existing customers to understand their financial goals, family protection needs, and wealth creation plans.
Product Guidance: Explain and recommend suitable SBI Life insurance solutions, including savings, protection, pension, and health plans.
Policy Lifecycle Support: Assist clients with documentation, application submission, premium tracking, and post-sales customer service.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term trust and maintain continuous communication with clients to support their evolving financial planning.
