Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and databases. Conduct initial telephonic interviews. Shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Achieve recruitment targets within given timelines. Requirements: Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
