What youʼll be responsible for?
Studying the material which needs to be taught.
Train the young students by using technology.
Take Lectures as per the scheduled format and within the given timeline.
Regularly mentoring your students.
Conducting examinations and distribution of results.
Collecting doubts and addressing them.
Organizing extracurricular activities.
Report and document student progress.
Work with the team on any other assigned task from time to time.

An ideal candidate should have:
Bachelorʼs and Masterʼs degree in RMIT with a solid understanding of hospital operations, patient-facing processes, healthcare documentation, and healthcare-management practices.
Excelent classroom facilitation ski ls with the ability to keep learners engaged, motivated,



and focused.
Prior experience in teaching, facilitation, academic training, or mentoring students wi l be preferred.
Openness to feedback and a growth mindset toward teaching methods, student learning outcomes, and academic processes.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and co laborate effectively with campus teams.
Organized and responsible in order to manage sessions, assessments, documentation, and learner

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
