Position: Plant Head
Industry: Nutraceuticals / Pharma
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Sanand, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee complete plant operations, including Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse and EHS.
Ensure smooth and effective day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, regulatory and safety requirements.
Lead and develop plant teams to improve performance and productivity.
Plan manpower, production schedules, resources and plant capacity.
Coordinate with Management and cross-functional departments for operational requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
Handle audits, deviations,



CAPA and other plant-related compliance matters.

Candidate Profile:
5+ years of relevant experience in Plant Operations / Plant Management.
Experience in Nutraceutical / Pharma manufacturing is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of GMP, production processes, quality systems and EHS.
Excellent leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with experience handling end-to-end plant operations will be preferred.
