Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Projects, R&D;, Supply Chain and other technical functions.
Partner with Plant Heads and Functional Managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, campus hiring and industry networks.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
Build talent pipelines for critical and niche engineering positions.
Manage recruitment agencies and monitor their performance.
Drive campus hiring, GET/DET and apprenticeship recruitment.
Track recruitment MIS and KPIs such as Time to Hire,



Quality of Hire and Offer-to-Joining Ratio.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding.

Desired Profile:
5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Engineering/Manufacturing/Automotive/Industrial sectors.
Robust technical recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable sourcing, negotiation and communication skills.
Engineering background or MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹275,539.44 - ₹434,664.67 per year
