We’re Hiring: Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

Who We're Looking For:
Someone who communicates clearly, handles patients with professionalism, and takes ownership of their work.

What You'll Do:
Guide patients through their consultation journey
Act as a link between the doctor and the patient
Handle calls, messages, and follow-ups
Support day-to-day clinic and clinical operations
Ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience

Requirements:
Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (Thane locals strongly preferred).
Communication: Explicit, confident, and respectful verbal communication.
Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge (Google Workspace, data entry).
Ownership:



Takes full responsibility for patient satisfaction and clinic tasks.
Availability: Comfortable working 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Job Type: Full time, In office
Compensation : ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Work Days: 6 days a week (Including Saturday and Sunday)
