Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Staff member to handle customer billing, payments, and related billing activities accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare customer bills and invoices accurately.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods.
Enter sales and billing details into the billing/POS system.
Verify product details, quantities, prices, discounts, and totals.
Handle billing-related customer queries professionally.
Maintain daily billing and payment records.
Coordinate with the sales team for billing requirements.
Check and reconcile cash and digital payments.
Maintain proper billing documentation.




Follow company billing procedures and guidelines.

Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
Basic MS Excel knowledge is an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive numerical and calculation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a busy retail workplace.
Previous billing/POS experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of POS/Billing software.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
