Generate and convert leads into Life Insurance sales.
Sell Life Insurance products directly to customers.
Understand customer requirements through need analysis and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Explain product features, perks, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.
Handle the end-to-end sales process, from login to policy issuance.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an updated customer database and conduct regular follow-ups.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the sales process.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of the application and issuance process.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales.
Age: 24–35 years.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
