Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced South Indian & Chinese Chef with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to prepare high-quality South Indian and Chinese dishes while maintaining consistent taste, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of South Indian and Chinese dishes as per the menu and required standards.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating efficiently.
Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and work area.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Monitor the freshness and quality of raw materials.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.




Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Assist in menu preparation and suggest improvements or new dishes when required.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a South Indian & Chinese Chef.
Valuable knowledge of South Indian and Chinese cuisine.
Ability to prepare dishes independently and maintain consistent quality.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
