Telecalling Executive Healthcare

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients.
Counsel patients on AVIS Hospitals' treatment options and guide them through the consultation process.
Understand patient requirements, address concerns, and build confidence in the recommended treatment.
Schedule appointments and follow up with patients to maximize consultation and surgery conversions.
Maintain accurate patient records and call updates in the CRM.
Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Achieve monthly consultation and surgery conversion targets while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Healthcare Counselling, or Customer Support.
Excellent communication, counselling, and persuasion skills.




Ability to build trust and handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
Robust follow-up and relationship management skills.
Comfortable using CRM and basic computer applications.
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or above.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Diagnostics, IVF, Dental, Ophthalmology, Aesthetics/Cosmetology, Health Insurance, or Medical Call Centres will be preferred.
