Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet every customer warmly, listen to their needs, and offer helpful product recommendations.
Sales & Transactions: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) cash register, process cash and digital payments accurately, and handle returns or exchanges.
Store Maintenance: Restock shelves, organize displays, and keep the sales floor clean and protected.
Product Knowledge: Learn the features of our products to answer questions and promote special offers or loyalty programs.
