Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while maintaining a secure working workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Manage and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently.
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor project progress and report daily work status to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards throughout construction activities.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies at the project site.
Verify measurements, quantities, and work completion records.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, vendors,



and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Maintain site records, attendance, material consumption, and progress reports.
Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.

Required Qualifications
Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in building construction projects.
Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and other construction activities.
Basic knowledge of construction quality standards and safety regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic reporting tools is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
