Key Responsibilities:
Collect, receive, and compile physical medical records and discharge files daily from inpatient wards, emergency rooms, and outpatient departments.
Maintain physical storage files using a systematic tracking system to enable quick retrieval upon request.
Prepare periodic MRD reports (discharge throughput, incomplete file counts, coding accuracy) for management review
Collect daily inpatient/outpatient files, verify completeness of discharge summaries, consent forms, and physician notes.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems for swift record retrieval for legal, insurance, and audit requests.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Medical Record Technology (DMRT / BMRT)
Experience: 1+ years of experience working in a hospital Medical Record Department.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
