We are looking for Sr Production engineer with 8 to 10 years experience.

Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience with heavy fabrication/ pressure vessels /Heat Exchanger preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the fabrication and assembly of pressure vessels, storage tanks, LPG tankers, and process equipment.
Monitor fit-up, welding, dimensional accuracy, and stage-wise fabrication activities.
Ensure compliance with approved fabrication drawings, WPS, fabrication procedures, ASME Section VIII, IS 2825, and applicable customer specifications.
Coordinate with production, quality, planning, procurement, and inspection teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor fabrication schedules and ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline.
Conduct dimensional inspections and support hydrostatic, pneumatic,



and leak testing activities.
Review fabrication records, quality documentation, welding reports, and inspection reports.
Participate in customer inspections, third-party inspections, and statutory inspections.
Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and promote continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Guide and supervise welders, fitters, and fabrication technicians to achieve high productivity and quality.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
