We are hiring Business Development Executives – Field Sales

Location: Kolkata

CTC: Up to ₹5.3 LPA Fixed + ₹1,000 Laptop Allowance + ₹4,000 Petrol Conveyance*

Qualification: Any Graduate; Diploma/HSC with relevant experience may be considered.

Key Requirements:

B2B/Field Sales experience preferred

Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid Driving Licence

Must have a laptop

Robust communication, sales, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Visit 7–9 SMB clients daily and pitch Apna’s recruitment solutions

Generate leads through cold calling and field visits

Understand customer requirements and close deals

Handle objections related to pricing, competition, and product

Onboard clients and support their first job posting

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and build solid market relationships

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
