About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Developer / QA Project Lead with 4+ years of experience who can independently manage software testing activities and take ownership of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage QA activities and end-to-end project testing.
Lead, guide, and assign tasks to the QA team.
Prepare test cases, execute testing, and track defects.
Coordinate with developers and other teams.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Identify and resolve testing issues and risks.
Prepare testing and project status reports for management.
Maintain QA standards and documentation.

Required Skills
4+ years of QA/Software Testing experience.
Solid knowledge of Manual Testing, SDLC & STLC.
Experience with bug-tracking tools such as Jira.
Knowledge of API/SQL testing is preferred.
Valuable leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of a project.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
