Prepare and cook European / Continental dishes as per restaurant recipes and standards.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Perform basic food preparation including cutting, marination, sauces, soups, pasta, sandwiches, salads, grills, and bakery/continental items.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety (FSSAI standards) in the kitchen.
Properly store and handle ingredients, vegetables, meats, and dairy products.
Monitor stock and inform seniors about ingredient shortages.
Follow kitchen SOPs and maintain discipline in a rapid-paced working workplace.
Pay: ₹18,210.48 - ₹29,908.49 per month
