JOB VACANCY – NURSING IN-CHARGE / NABH COORDINATOR

Nursing In-Charge – B.Sc Nursing

Eligibility & Experience
B.Sc Nursing / B.Sc (Nursing)
Minimum 3+ years of nursing experience
Previous experience as a Nursing In-Charge / Senior Staff Nurse preferred
Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred
Valid Nursing Council registration

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the nursing department and nursing staff
Ensure smooth day-to-day nursing operations
Implement and monitor NABH policies, standards and protocols
Maintain required NABH documentation, records and checklists
Conduct regular training sessions and classes for nursing staff




Educate staff on infection control, patient safety, medication safety and nursing protocols
Conduct audits and monitor compliance with hospital policies
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for effective patient care
Support the hospital during NABH assessments and inspections
Ensure high standards of patient care, safety and quality
