Job Summary:
Maruti House Design is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Elevation Designer to create realistic and visually appealing residential building elevations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of architectural design, exterior aesthetics, materials, lighting, and rendering.

Key Responsibilities
Design up-to-date and luxury residential 3D elevations.
Create high-quality exterior renders with realistic lighting and materials.
Develop front, side, and rear elevation concepts based on floor plans.
Prepare multiple elevation options as per client requirements.
Coordinate with architects and planning designers to ensure design accuracy.




Revise designs based on client feedback within project timelines.
Maintain company design standards and quality.

Required Skills
Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or similar software.
Solid knowledge of architectural elevation design and exterior materials.
Good understanding of color combinations, textures, lighting, and landscaping.
Ability to create photorealistic renders.
Attention to detail and creative visualization skills.
Good communication and teamwork.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
