Product Explanation: Clearly explain Personal Loan and Women Group Loan features, terms, and eligibility to clients.
Group Loan Operations: Actively promote and handle Women Group Loan distribution and customer coordination.
Documentation: Complete customer loan application forms and verify required documents.
Target Achievement: Work proactively to achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
Education: 12th pass and above.
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior sales experience is preferred.
Skills: Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Field sales mobility required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
