LedgerGate Academy is looking for energetic and student-focused Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students through our course offerings and assist them in making informed enrolment decisions. The role involves student counselling, lead management, follow-ups, and maintaining effective communication with prospective and enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career prospects, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records of all communications.
Convert qualified leads into admissions by understanding student requirements and recommending suitable courses.
Maintain and update CRM systems/lead tracking sheets with accurate follow-up details.
Coordinate with the Academic and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
Participate in webinars, virtual counselling sessions, and offline admission events when required.
Provide post-admission support and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth student experience.





Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in student counselling, telecalling, admissions, or education sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines effectively.
Basic proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and email.
Target-oriented, proactive, and student-focused approach.
