About the Role

UrbanRoof is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, build relationships, and convert leads into successful sales for our building repair, waterproofing, and related services.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers through phone calls, email, and Business WhatsApp.
Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable UrbanRoof services.
Qualify leads and convert prospects into customers.
Share quotations and service details with customers.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for site visits and assessments.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM/Excel.




Build robust customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
Good follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and office tools.
English and Hindi required; Marathi is an advantage.
