We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our team. The candidate will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in engineering, production, quality, and operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in daily production and engineering activities
Support senior engineers in project execution
Learn and follow company processes and SOPs
Monitor machine performance and report issues
Participate in quality control and inspection activities
Prepare reports and maintain documentation
Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
Ensure adherence to safety and company standards
Preferred Candidate Profile:
BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / ECE or relevant field)
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
