Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one and group career counseling sessions.
Administer and interpret career assessments (e.g., Myers-Briggs, Robust Interest Inventory, O*NET).
Guide clients in creating effective resumes and cover letters.
Coach individuals on interview techniques through mock interviews.
Provide information on education, training programs, and job market trends.
Refer clients to community resources and support services.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and progress.
Organize career workshops, job fairs, and networking events.
Stay updated on career development theories and industry practices.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
