Full-Time Dental Receptionist

WhiteStar Dental Clinic is looking for a well-spoken, friendly, and motivated Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a warm, qualified, and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional approach.
Answer calls, manage appointments, and maintain the clinic calendar efficiently.
Handle patient registration, paperwork, payments, and basic billing.
Coordinate with doctors and the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow.
Respond to patient queries and provide information about clinic services.
Handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Use computers, dental software, and digital records efficiently.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English with robust communication skills.
Well-educated; minimum 12th pass,



with additional qualifications preferred.
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is an advantage.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic setting.
Friendly, confident, presentable, and approachable personality.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to providing excellent patient service.
