The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, confident in communication, and interested in fashion, sales, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
Handle online customer enquiries and DMs
Follow up with potential customers and leads
Convert enquiries into successful sales
Manage customer orders and coordinate deliveries
Assist with Instagram and social media management
Create basic product photos, videos, and social media content
Maintain regular communication with customers
Requirements
Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam
Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
Customer-friendly and positive attitude
Interest in fashion and online retail
Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage
