CRM Executive / Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and organised CRM Executive to manage client relationships, post-sales communication, feedback, and overall customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, robust follow-up abilities, and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships from booking confirmation through post-trip follow-up.
Regularly communicate with clients and ensure they are updated throughout their travel journey.
Handle customer queries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip customer follow-ups.
Collect and manage customer feedback and reviews.
Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights with the relevant teams.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.




Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth overall travel experience.
Maintain daily CRM reports and follow-up records.
Assist management with customer-related reports and insights.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, customer service, or a similar role.
Experience in the travel & tourism industry will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple customers and situations simultaneously.
Positive, professional, and customer-first approach.
