Clinical Operations Coordinator / Technical Assistant

Location: Samedha Ayurvedics

Department: Clinical Operations

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Reporting To: Deputy Director – Clinical Operations

Responsibilities
Monitor treatment and consultation slots across all branches.
Coordinate with doctors and branch teams regarding slot availability and changes.
Collect daily updates from doctors and follow up on pending matters.
Assist doctors and branch teams with routine coordination.
Monitor and update booking/appointment systems.
Coordinate with the App/Technical Team for system-related issues.
Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets and other reports.




Assist the Deputy Director with daily clinical operations and coordination tasks.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Good computer and technical/system knowledge.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Healthcare/operations experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
