We are a quick-growing construction company based in Goa, seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive our expansion across the industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-location infrastructure projects.
Oversee project management, engineering, procurement, equipment, and construction teams to ensure timely completion.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, safety compliance, and contractual obligations.
Ensure full adherence to statutory regulations, environmental norms, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
Review project performance, resource utilization, cash flow, billing and overall profitability.
Identify recent business opportunities,



strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives within the infrastructure sector.

Key Requirement :
B.E. Civil with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
Proven track record in handling multi-location projects with solid expertise in EPC project.
Excellent leadership, Extensive knowledge of contract management, project controls, commercial operations, and risk management

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
