We are looking for an IT EUS (L1) Engineer for our Lower Parel, Mumbai location. The candidate will be responsible for providing onsite End User Support, desktop/laptop troubleshooting, application support, IT asset management, and coordination with HO, NOC, Network, Security, and vendor teams.

Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

Job Responsibilities
Provide L1 End User Support for desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
Provide support for Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Manage user accounts, access, MFA, and passwords through Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
Troubleshoot printers, scanners, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
Provide basic SAP GUI and business application support.
Handle IT tickets,



incidents, service requests, SLA monitoring, escalation, and closure.
Manage IT assets, inventory, hardware replacement, RMA, and endpoint security.
Support antivirus, Windows patch management, and IT security/compliance activities.
Provide Remote Hands and Plant IT Infrastructure support.
Coordinate with NOC, Network, Security, OEM, ISP, and other vendors for issue resolution.
Maintain IT documentation, reports, asset records, and service-related information.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
