Mechanical Engineering Intern

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Engineering team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in mechanical product design, engineering documentation, manufacturing processes, and product development within a manufacturing workplace.

This role is an excellent chance for a mechanical engineering student to apply academic knowledge to real-world engineering projects while working closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assist mechanical engineers with product design and development activities.
Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D CAD models under the guidance of senior engineers.




Support preparation and maintenance of engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and other technical documentation.
Assist with design changes, engineering revisions, and product improvements.
Support engineers in prototype development, testing, and validation.
Participate in product and component measurements and basic engineering calculations.
Assist with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) activities.
Learn and support manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, machining, injection molding, stamping, and assembly.
Work with the Engineering and Manufacturing teams to identify and resolve basic design or production issues.
