Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
UPSC IAS Preparation from a Reputed Coaching Institution
Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Exceptional convincing and persuasive abilities, with a passion for guiding students towards their educational goals.
Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Prior experience in a similar role in the education industry is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
A genuine interest in the IAS field and a commitment to staying informed on industry developments.

Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits,



providing them with information about our programs, admission process, and the advantages of joining O2 IAS Academy.
Utilize your excellent communication and convincing skills to inspire and motivate prospective students to enroll in our academy.
Maintain and update records of prospective students, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach strategies to attract potential students.
Assist in organizing and participating in open houses, webinars, and other promotional events.
Stay informed on the latest IAS exam patterns, syllabus, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to prospective students.
Foster and maintain relationships with enrolled students, providing ongoing support as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
