Process Engineer – Machine Shop

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer – Machine Shop to support manufacturing processes, process optimization, productivity improvement, and troubleshooting of machine shop operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, improve and standardize manufacturing processes in the machine shop.
Analyze process issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Support production teams in troubleshooting machine and process-related problems.
Improve productivity, process capability, quality and cycle time.
Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions and SOPs.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
Support new product introduction and process development activities.
Implement Lean Manufacturing,



Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor process parameters and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements
BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
4–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing / machine shop setting.
Positive understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.
Experience in process improvement and problem-solving.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5S will be an advantage.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
