Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates with the warehouse team.
Process and track customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through online channels.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.
Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.




Optimize product listings using SEO keywords to improve visibility and conversions.
Maintain seller account health and compliance with marketplace policies.
Analyze website and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with the design and marketing team for banners, creatives, and promotional content.
Track advertising campaigns and measure ROI on digital marketing activities.
Support business growth by identifying current online sales channels and prospects.
