Attend and assess patients in IPD and Emergency and provide appropriate initial medical management.
Conduct regular patient rounds and monitor patients’ clinical condition and progress.
Maintain accurate and complete patient case records, progress notes, treatment sheets, and other medical documentation.
Coordinate with consultants regarding patient condition, investigations, treatment plans, and any significant clinical changes.
Attend medical emergencies promptly and initiate appropriate emergency management, including BLS/CPR, whenever required.
Ensure timely investigations, medications, referrals, and implementation of consultant instructions.
Coordinate effectively with nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and other clinical departments for continuity of patient care.




Explain treatment plans and relevant clinical information to patients and attendants as appropriate.
Participate in patient admission, transfer, referral, discharge, and LAMA processes.
Ensure proper clinical handover at the end of each duty shift.
Follow hospital protocols related to patient safety, infection control, medication safety, biomedical waste management, and NABH standards.
Report adverse events, incidents, clinical deterioration, or other significant concerns promptly to the concerned consultant/management.
Perform other clinical duties assigned by the Medical Superintendent/Medical Director.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
