Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle incoming leads, communicate with prospective students, explain our courses, follow up regularly, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Call and communicate with leads provided by the academy.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course details, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Meet monthly calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team.




Provide regular updates on lead status and conversions.

Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in Malayalam and English; Tamil/Hindi is an added advantage.
Previous experience in tele calling, sales, counselling, or education sales preferred.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
