Record interactions, update support information, and maintain clear documentation in the relevant systems.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team while keeping customers informed.
Follow service standards, response timelines, quality guidelines, and data-handling procedures.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to support timely closure of customer requests.

Requirements




Suitable for freshers with 0 years of experience who are interested in building a career in customer support.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is beneficial.
Patient, attentive, solution-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn customer relationship management and ticketing tools.
Ability to work full-time from the office in Indore, Jaipur, or Mumbai.
Applicants should be organized, dependable, and willing to work collaboratively in a service-focused environment.

This is a full-time chance with an annual compensation range of ₹2.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA. The role offers freshers the opportunity to develop qualified communication, customer handling, and technology-enabled support skills in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
