We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Factory Supervisor to join our small team on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate workers on the shop floor.
Be present on the shop floor and monitor daily production activities.
Allocate work and ensure workers complete tasks properly and on time.
Have basic knowledge of factory machinery and its operation.
Communicate clearly and comfortably with workers.
Monitor production quality, discipline, and safety.
Handle day-to-day shop-floor issues and report major issues to management.

Requirements:
Previous factory/production supervision experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of machinery.
Positive communication and people-management skills.
Must be hands-on and comfortable working directly with workers.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership.

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
