The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering solutions that improve supply chain efficiency, logistics operations, inventory management, and overall business performance.

Required Skills
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Solid domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
Experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Demand Planning.
Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and business process modeling.
Positive understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, MS Excel, SQL.
Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT documents.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
