Sales & Cost Control – Monitor sales, food cost, labour cost, wastage, inventory, and daily operational controls.
Business & Staff Coordination – Coordinate between kitchen, service, purchase, accounts, and management to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

WAITER — ₹11,000–₹13,000

Greet Guests – Welcome guests politely and make them feel comfortable.
Serve Food – Serve food and beverages properly and on time.
Menu Knowledge – Understand the menu and answer guest questions confidently.
Kitchen Coordination – Coordinate with the kitchen for accurate and timely service.




SOP & Teamwork – Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, discipline, and teamwork during every shift.

CAPTAIN — ₹15,000–₹17,000

Greet Guests – Welcome guests professionally and ensure a positive first impression.
Guest Service – Monitor guest service and ensure their requirements are handled properly.
Team Management – Guide, assign, and supervise waiters during the shift.
Kitchen Coordination – Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely service.
Floor Management – Manage daily floor operations, handle guest complaints, maintain service standards, and ensure SOP compliance.
