Manage daily operations of the 2-wheeler service workshop.
Supervise technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with quality repairs and minimum repeat complaints.
Monitor workshop productivity, labour sales, spare parts usage, and service revenue.
Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
Ensure proper job card creation, estimates, billing, and service follow-up.
Drive customer retention, repeat service, AMC/extended warranty, and service campaigns.
Monitor technician performance, training, attendance, and discipline.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
Maintain OEM/service standards, safety practices, and workshop cleanliness.
Prepare daily/weekly service performance reports and take corrective actions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
