Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Explain course details, fee structure, and placement opportunities.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly admission targets through effective counselling.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in academic counselling, sales,
or customer service is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Strong interpersonal, convincing, and presentation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
