About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and admissions for our skilled training programs in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design & Video Editing, Web Development, SEO, AI, and other technology and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.
Counsel students and parents regarding suitable career and skill-development programs.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and admission records.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the training team for student onboarding.
Participate in seminars, workshops, counselling sessions, and promotional activities.




Prepare daily and weekly reports of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Hindi and English communication.
Strong counselling, convincing, and sales skills.
Positive follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
Basic computer, Excel, and CRM knowledge.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Confident and qualified personality.

Education

12th Pass / Graduate

Candidates with experience in admission counselling, education sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer counselling will be preferred.

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives may be provided based on admission conversions and achievement of assigned targets.
