Job Description
Manage day-to-day stitching line operations.
Allocate work among operators according to their skills.
Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
Monitor line efficiency and production output.
Coordinate with Cutting, QC, Finishing and Production teams.
Identify bottlenecks and take corrective action.
Control rework, rejection and production delays.
Maintain production records and daily reports.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machines.
Maintain discipline and secure working practices on the production floor.
Ensure production is completed according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.

Required Skills
Solid garment stitching/production knowledge.
Manpower handling experience.
Knowledge of line balancing and production planning.
Ability to achieve production targets.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.
Basic Excel/reporting knowledge.
Experience: 3–7 years

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
