We’re Hiring – Sales Executive

Luminar Technolab is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Thrissur, Kerala
Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries and convert leads into admissions
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
Conduct counselling and explain course details, career prospects, and fee structures
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Coordinate with the academic team for smooth student onboarding

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills
Previous experience in sales, education sales, counselling, or telecalling is an advantage
Freshers with robust communication skills are also welcome
