Job Description:
Designing and Drawing layouts and drainage, stormwater, internal plumbing, water supply, Water supply SLD, water demand, Tender Documents, firefighting etc.
Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospital, and Institutional experience
Designing and monitoring the swimming pool & treatment plant will be an added advantage.
Prepare tender documents for the above-mentioned services with direct coordination with related consultants and architects.
Costing and estimation along with Budget, rate analysis as per DSR / CPWDand other related norms.
Maintain documents and records.
Design Fire Fighting systems both Internal and External.
Design sprinkler/ hydrant systems for respective applications.
Inspect and audit STPs, WTPs, Water pumping stations, External services, etc.
Attending meetings with clients and clarifying their queries.
Site visits for ensuring quality during execution, and measurement.

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Civil

Desired Experience: 5 – 10 years.
