We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining products, generating sales, maintaining product displays, and supporting promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, quality, benefits, pricing and offers to customers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable fruits, vegetables, dry fruits, bakery products, healthy foods and other store products.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Promote membership cards, special offers and ongoing promotional schemes.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper arrangement of products.
Check product availability and coordinate with the inventory team when required.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Support promotional campaigns at schools, gyms, hospitals, offices and other locations.
Maintain good communication and qualified behaviour with customers and team members.
Collect customer feedback and report significant issues to the supervisor/manager.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper grooming while on duty.




Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Eligibility
Education: Graduate preferred / mandatory as per company requirement.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Positive customer-handling and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of sales and retail operations.
Presentable personality and professional behaviour.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Salary may vary based on experience, skills and performance.

Working Conditions
Full-time retail position.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
